The proposed solution features a simple prefabricated structure designed for efficient assembly and precise execution. By incorporating DELTABEAM® Composite Beams in the internal lines, the system enables the increase of the structural span from 5 meters to 10 meters, significantly enhancing spatial flexibility and reducing the number of columns.
This approach also allows for a slimmer floor structure, saving approximately 40 cm of total floor height while maintaining full load-bearing capacity. The result is a flexible and open layout that optimizes usable space, improves architectural freedom, and contributes to a more cost-effective and sustainable building design.
