At the core of the structure are DELTABEAM® composite beams, combined with concrete columns, walls, and hollow-core slabs. By choosing DELTABEAM®, the client achieved an extremely slim floor structure, allowing maximum use of space and maintaining clean ceiling lines. Another major advantage is the integrated fire resistance, which ranges from Rf60 to RF120 depending on the building zone, eliminating the need for additional fire protection and saving both time and cost.
An architectural highlight of the project is the set of large cantilevers, approximately 2.0 to 2.5 meters long, where the façade is attached. Here too, the strength and versatility of DELTABEAM® play a key role in making this ambitious design possible.
